The weather condition in the Kathmandu Valley and other parts of the country that witnessed slight rainfall and severe cold is likely improve from Sunday.
The normal life across the country has been affected due to the freezing cold followed by slight rainfall in different districts since Thursday.
The effect of the westerly wind from the Mediterranean Sea and from the Arabian Sea resulted in slight rainfall and biting cold in the valley and other parts of the country for last few days.
However, the cloudy sky would come to the normal condition tonight and weather condition would improve by Monday, told weather expert Barun Poudel at the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
The sky in the hilly region would be partially clouded on Sunday while snowfall is expected in the western mountains on Sunday.
The minimum temperature in the Kathmandu valley was measured 8.5 Degree Celsius and maximum 17.5 on Sunday, according to the Division. RSS
