Most of the people, who participated in the feedback collection on the preliminary draft of the constitution at Tinkune on Tuesday, demanded for directly elected executive head, citizenship in the name of father and mother and restoration of Nepal as a Hindu nation.
They also demanded to fix the academic qualification for the elected representatives and decrease the numbers of provinces. Putting their views in over the draft constitution they claimed that the west ministerial system has failed in the country therefore, there should either be directly elected president or prime minister as the head of the government. The provision, they claimed, will end the instability in the government and will stop the horse trading in the parliament.
They have also suggested limiting the numbers of provinces to five and decreasing the numbers of parliamentarian both in the state and provincial legislature.
