Prinicipal faces public offence case for raising hand at female teachers

The Principal of a school in the Solukhumbu district has been charged with public offence for raising his hand at two female teachers at the school.

Principal at Chiwang Primary School of Surke, Salleri, Ram Kaji Rajbhandari, had beaten up female teachers Ramila Karki and Sushila Rai in course of settling a debate.

Based on the victims’ complaint, Police took Rajbhandari under control and filed a case of public offence, says Police Inspector Khagendra Bahadur Khadka.

Among the victims, Sushila has minor injury while Ramila is receiving treatment for severe injuries on head.

Ramila informed that principal Rajbhandari attacked her all of a sudden while she was taking a class.
