Senior leader of the CPN-UML Madhav Kumar Nepal has advised Prime KP Sharma Oli to share only those dreams which are feasible.
Nepal urged PM Oli, who is also the chairman of CPN-UML, not to become a laughing stock by sharing unfeasible plans and promises among the people.
Speaking at a program organized by Madan Bhandari Study Center in the capital on Tuesday, Nepal spared a long time, describing ‘Prime Minister Oli’s dreams’.
“If we connect Mt Everest with cable cars, we can, of course, attract hundreds of thousands of tourists, but is it feasible?,” asked Nepal satirizing against Oli. “It is easier to say that I will connect all the mountain peaks with cable cars but impossible to do.”
Ridiculing Oli, Nepal asked Oli whether he has also plans to connect Taplejung and Darchula with a cable car.
Meanwhile, Nepal also expressed dissatisfaction over the lackadaisical modus operandi of the government saying that the government has not yet set up even a substation power house after failing to purchase the land owned by a local in Sindhuli.
He suggested that the government prioritize those works which are ssential yet feasible rather than serving mere whimsical plans and promises to the people.
