The polythene bags were seized from the entry points to Bhaktpuar and Kathmandu districts before the supply and from other shops in the Valley.
On Wednesday alone, two kg of polythene was seized from a grocery of Dakchhinkali while 18 kgs from different department stores of Kalimati. The monitoring would be continued till the Valley turned polythene free, added Secretary Poudel. RRS
