The dissenting United Democratic Madhesi Front has announced programmes of protest on Friday.
The Sanghiya Samajbadi Forun Nepal, Nepal Sadbhavana Party, Tarai Madhes Loktrantrik Party and Tarai Madhes Sadbhavana Party have been expressing their dissent regarding the 16-point agreement forged between the major four political parties.
The protest programmes, jointly made public by the Madhesi front, include putting black flags in public areas and organising protest rallies in Kathmandu and other major cities of the country.
As per their programmes, the Madhesi front will place black flags in public places at Kathmandu on July 12 and organise a protest rally on July 14.
Likewise, the front is scheduled to hold protests and corner-meets at districts headquarters on July 17. The protest programmes also include protest meets on July 21-25 at Biratnagar, janakpur, Birgunj and Bhairahawa.
