Flights from Pokhara to various places of the country have been cancelled due to bad weather on Tuesday.
Accroding to Deepak Baral, Chief of the Civil Aviation Authority, Pokhara, the flights were cancelled due to incessant rainfall and poor visibility.
Baral said that flights from Pokhara to Jomsom of Mustang have also been halted due to rainfall.
Hundreds of foreign and domestic tourists have been stranded in Pokhara due to the disruption of flights.
The Buddha Airlines have been operating nine flights from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Similary, Yeti Airlines and Simrik Airlines have been operating 11 and six flights respectively.
The Tara and Simrik Airlines have been operating 10 flights regularly from Pokhara to Jomsom.
According to Yogesh Bhattarai, Chairman of the Nepal Airsports Assocation, Pokhara, three ultralight companies and 19 paragliding companies have been forced to halt their services due to incessant rainfall.
