A Chinese national has gone missing in Nepal since a week.
Family members of 27-year-old Guo Xiaofang have expressed worries after she went out of contact after reaching Kathmandu from Tibet on October 18. Guo is a student of Hubei in Wuhan province in central China.
According to Chinese media, a notice was uploaded on her microblogging site about the disappearance. The notice has already been seen by 3.60 million people.
Guo’s friends informed that she uploaded pictures on her microblogging site until she entered Nepal from Tibet through Sichuan province, adding that she is out of reach of late.
Guo’s brother said that it’s her first visit to Nepal and had told him to return at the beginning of November. He further added that she might have gone for trekking and hoped she is safe and sound.
