Bird-hit causes minor damage to NAC MA60 aircraft

The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC)’s newly purchased aircraft MA60 collided with a bird on Monday morning, five days after it commercially started its service.

The incident occurred when the aircraft en route to Biratnagar from Kathmandu was about to land in the Biratnagar Airport.

It has been learnt that the aircraft landed safely but suffered minor damage.

However, all 52 passengers and crew on-board are safe.

The plane took off for Biratnagar at around 8 am this morning.
