The Beni-Maldhunga road linking the Myagdi and Mustang districts to the national highway, which remained disrupted due to landslides on Monday night, has resumed from today. Landslips occurred at Nagliwang, Pharse and Fanfane blocked the route for two days.
With an initiative of the Department of Roads, police and transport entrepreneurs, landslide debris was cleared off, Dhaulagiri Zonal Bus Transport Entrepreneurs Committee staff Sudindra KC said.
With the removal of landslides, vehicular movement to various parts of the country from the districts has come into operation smoothly.
Meanwhile, the Committee has launched the ´luxurious´ night bus service with Wi-Fi facility en route to Beni to Kathmandu from Wednesday. The 36-seater night bus departs at 5:00 pm and per passenger fair fixed at Rs 780. RSS
