A minor earthquake of 4.4 on Richter Scale jolted nation at 9:14 pm on Monday. According to National Seismological Centre, the epicenter of the quake was at Sindhupalchok.
This was an aftershock of the April 25 earthquake and the second quake of the day.
Earlier in the day, a 4.3 Magnitude earthquake had struck at 10:48 am, with its epicenter in Dolakha.
National Seismological Centre has recorded 345 aftershocks above 4 magnitude since the Gorkha Earthquake of April 25.
